Meet the Founder and Director

Living Rhythms Healing Arts was founded by Debra Brittain Davenport, PhD, P.npn., TEP-C, CFT, CMP. Debra is an integrative wellness practitioner, somatic movement educator, Professional Neuroplastician®, ordained pastor, and university professor with decades of experience in healthcare, movement, wellness, higher education, and organizational consulting. Debra founded Living Rhythms Healing Arts out of a clear spiritual calling and a deep personal understanding of the transformative power of movement and holistic wellness. Drawing on this breadth of experience, she helps individuals and organizations reduce stress, build resilience, and create healthier ways of living and working. Her compassionate, evidence-informed approach supports whole-person well-being while respecting the unique experiences, strengths, and goals of every client.

A multi-award-winning educator, Debra received the Excellence in Teaching Award from the University Professional & Continuing Education Association (UPCEA) and continues to teach at the graduate and doctoral levels while designing programs for individuals and organizations. She is currently spearheading the formation of the Arizona Somatic Wellness Association, a 501(C)6 organization that will provide professional collaboration, continuing education, and community awareness programs, all designed to promote the field of somatic practice in Arizona. Debra also received a Proclamation from Arizona Governor Katie Hobbs proclaiming the month of October as Arizona Somatic Awareness Month.

Debra and Living Rhythms Healing Arts are supported by a multidisciplinary professional Advisory Board comprised of respected leaders in healthcare, mental health, wellness, chiropractic, somatic movement, business, leadership, and organization development. The practice operates under a comprehensive professional code of ethics, reflecting Debra's commitment to integrity, excellence, and responsible wellness practice.

Christopher Nelson

Christopher Nelson brings over a decade of marketing and operations experience to the Living Rhythms Healing Arts team. With a diverse background spanning the tourism, retail, and health and wellness sectors, Chris has dedicated his career to one core principle: transformation.

Whether he is optimizing a digital ecosystem or guiding physical tissue restoration as a Certified Personal Trainer, Chris thrives on helping people and systems grow. He applies his expertise in functional biomechanics and fascial connection to support LRHA's mission of whole-person healing, ensuring that our digital presence reflects the same compassionate, evidence-based care our clients experience in person.

Based in Phoenix, Chris is dedicated to building resilient, health-focused communities.

Laura Ory

Laura is the social content creator for Living Rhythms Healing Arts. She aims to educate people and organizations about Living Rhythms Healing Arts’ wellness services and programs and connect with like-minded partners for collaboration. Laura has 20 years of experience in media and communications in Arizona and is excited to help people find greater wellness, renewal, and joy with Living Rhythms Healing Arts.

Our Professional Advisory Board

Kathleen Brazie

Kathleen Brazie has danced since she was four, growing up to study multiple forms of dance/movement in NYC and performing professionally for many years. She earned an MA with Distinction in Dance/Somatic Education from the University of Central Lancashire, where she researched phenomenology, consciousness, and narrative inquiry as related to performance and creativity. She also holds a B.A. in Literature.

Kathleen is an award-winning choreographer frequently collaborating on large-scale theatrical productions, educational workshops, and classes specializing in somatic embodiment and performance skills for all ages and levels. In addition to musical theater, she as taught professional development workshops in Ecuador, presented for Moving Body Festivals in NYC, and consulted with music educators on reducing repetitive stress injuries in student musicians. Kathleen is a Registered Somatic Movement Educator (ISMETA), certified yoga instructor, and published writer.

As a cancer survivor, she founded Purple Boots Creative with the goal of supporting others though arts and movement and promoting healthcare access. Her theatrical credits span more than 100+ shows, including “Urinetown” (Zoni Award), “Into the Woods,” “Once on This Island,” “Hunchback of Notre Dame,” and “A Midsummer’s Night Dream.” Kathleen has a deep affinity for stylized storytelling movement.

Tara Catanzaro

Tara Catanzaro holds a Master's Degree in Counseling Psychology and a Licensed Professional Counselor by the Arizona Board of Behavioral Health. She specializes in trauma, anxiety, depression, substance abuse, and relationship conflicts. Prior to returning to direct service as a clinician and later co-founding AZ Holistic Approach (AHA), Tara worked in leadership roles for 7 years, including Clinical Manager and Clinical Director, overseeing over 50 clinicians and ensuring compliance with governing agencies. She has worked in various settings, including hospitals and integrated health clinics, providing and overseeing counseling and case management for diverse populations.

With over 12 years of experience, Tara treats adults, adolescents, and geriatrics using evidence-based practices like CBT, EMDR, yoga, mindfulness, and psychoeducation. Tara's mission is to empower both her staff and clients to live their best lives, fostering growth through effective counseling techniques and solid leadership. She prioritizes making her clients feel heard, understood, and appropriately challenged to facilitate meaningful changes in their lives.

Christine Driscoll

Christine Driscoll, MC, LAAC is a mental health professional, community advocate, and Co-Founder of Mental Health Matters Arizona (MHMAZ) and Scottsdale Youth and Community Coalition(SYCC) with more than 30 years of experience in behavioral health. She has worked across individual, family systems, crisis, and youth mental health settings, with specialized training in parenting support and adolescent care. Christine currently serves as a Behavioral Health Advisor with Paradigm Treatment, supporting teens, young adults, adults, veterans and families navigating complex mental health challenges. She integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Motivational Interviewing into her work and is passionate about advancing mental health education, prevention, advocacy, and community collaboration through compassionate, relationship-centered care across Arizona.

Monty Fowler

Monty Fowler is a business leader, entrepreneur, and author with over 30 years of experience in leadership, sales, marketing, and strategy. He has held senior stakeholder roles in nine startups, leading large teams, driving predictable revenue growth, and solving complex go-to-market, enablement, and operational challenges for organizations ranging from seed stage to enterprise. As co-founder of AspireSix, a fractional CXO collective, Monty is passionate about helping leaders navigate challenges and achieve sustainable growth and operational excellence. His passion is helping the next generation of founders, entrepreneurs, and leaders build great companies. Monty is the author of the book, Executive Debt: Confronting the Long-Term Cost of Short-Term Decisions.

Sharon Kennedy

Sharon Kennedy is the Founder of UK-based Human Clarity, and the creator of North★STAR Career Compass™, an evidence-informed framework helping people better understand themselves so they can make more confident decisions about education, careers, and life.

With more than 20 years' experience spanning business, education, marketing, and organisational development, Sharon specialises in human decision intelligence, career confidence, and inclusive talent development. A Chartered Marketer, CIM Fellow, STEM Ambassador, and executive coach, she is passionate about bridging research, technology, and human potential.

As an Advisory Board member, Sharon brings strategic insight, collaborative leadership, and a commitment to helping individuals and organisations flourish through greater clarity, purpose, and understanding.

Nicole Pacheco

Nicole Pacheco brings nearly two decades of leadership experience and over a decade in the behavioral health field. She has honed extensive expertise in clinical practice, case management, and program management, leading large statewide behavioral health programs. Nicole has supervised a diverse team of professionals, ensuring high standards of care and operational excellence. Through deep-rooted community relationships, she has built a robust network of community contacts that provide invaluable support to both clients and staff, helping them overcome barriers and achieve success.

Known for her no-nonsense approach, Nicole excels at identifying core issues and implementing effective, pragmatic solutions. She co-founded AZ Holistic approach, a multi-site counseling and behavioral health practice, to address the deep need for counseling services that facilitate real, life-changing work, aiming to help people live more fulfilling lives.

Vladi Pavlov

Vladi Pavlov is a professional dance instructor specializing in ballroom, Latin, social and competitive dancing, country, and wedding dance. Born and raised in Bulgaria, Vladi began dancing at young age, achieving numerous junior titles in his country. He came to the United States in 2007 and taught at Fred Astaire Dance Studios for three years before becoming an independent instructor.

Vladi has traveled twice to Argentina for intensive training in Argentine Tango, studying with Carolina Bonaventura. He also competed at the prestigious Blackpool Dance Festival in 2019.

Vladi brings to Living Rhythms Healing Arts extensive experience in dance, teaching, movement dynamics, fitness, musicality, and dance styling, as well as a passion for helping others express themselves through the art of dance.

Tori Schwartz

Tori Schwartz has spent her career learning how to help small businesses grow, first as a marketing director and now as the founder of The Steward's Ink, a full-service marketing and branding agency based in Queen Creek, Arizona. Before that, she spent nearly a decade working as a police dispatcher and EMT, work that taught her how to stay calm, think clearly, and make good decisions fast. She taught herself SEO and marketing from the ground up after starting her first business.

Tori built The Steward's Ink around a simple idea: every website, every piece of copy, every strategy starts with understanding the client's ideal customer on a deep, psychological level. She runs the agency alongside her longtime friend Brittney, serving businesses across Arizona's East Valley, including Gilbert, Mesa, Chandler, Tempe, Scottsdale, and San Tan Valley. Her approach is rooted in looking at the numbers before spending a dollar on ads, a habit built from years of marketing directly for businesses rather than just advising them from the outside. Outside of the agency, Tori spends most mornings at the barn taking care of her horses before the day begins.

Paris Wood, DC

Dr. Paris is a nervous system first family chiropractor, and owner of Adjustology in Scottsdale, Arizona, where she specializes in pregnancy, postpartum, pediatric, and family wellness care. She graduated Magna Cum Laude from Life University, where her involvement with the International Chiropractic Pediatric Association (ICPA) sparked a passion for supporting growing families through neurologically focused chiropractic care.

She is certified in the Webster Technique, a PX doc, spinning babies, and BIRTHFIT Professional, with advanced training in pediatric and perinatal chiropractic through the ICPA. Before opening her own practice, Dr. Paris spent over four years at a leading family chiropractic office, caring for expectant mothers, infants, and children through every stage of life.

Dr. Paris believes in empowering families through education, connection, and holistic care that honors the body's innate ability to heal. She is honored to serve on the advisory board for Living Rhythms Healing Arts and to support its mission of cultivating thriving families and communities.
